  3. Evaluation: We will analyze your request in detail.

  4. Response: We will respond within 30 calendar days from receipt. In complex cases, this period could be extended another 60 days (we will inform you if this occurs).

  5. Execution: We will implement the necessary actions if your request is approved.

Exercising your rights is free unless repetitive, excessive, or unfounded requests are made, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged.
