4. Internal Request Handling Process
Criteria such as the accuracy of the data provided, the legitimacy of the request, and the ability to identify the requester will be used. In case of rejection, the requester will be notified explaining the reasons and informed about their right to file a complaint with the AEPD.
Reception: We will confirm receipt of your request within a maximum of 5 working days.
Verification: We will validate your identity and the clarity of your request.
Evaluation: We will analyze your request in detail.
Response: We will respond within 30 calendar days from receipt. In complex cases, this period could be extended another 60 days (we will inform you if this occurs).
Execution: We will implement the necessary actions if your request is approved.
5. Costs
Exercising your rights is free unless repetitive, excessive, or unfounded requests are made, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged.
